Spring travelling

The other news I have to share is that I will be making a short trip to the UK; to Manchester in two weeks time to visit my son and then seeing my daughter in Venice in early April (when I will of course be taking lots of photographs). Meantime, I’m still working on my new book on orchards. The smallholding is all ready for spring planting with two new no-dig beds being prepared for summer growing, and the existing beds all mulched and ready for lots of fruit and vegetable growing. Meantime, spring is just around the corner, so start YOUR self sufficiency journey by planting something soon.
