We have moved house!

Well, finally we have moved house and I’m sorry to report that we have been extremely busy trying to get the house liveable!

The Isle of Arran; though beautiful, just wasn’t for either of us and to be honest was a challenging and depressing place to live. As a person who likes to create I found the restrictions of travelling and costs associated with island life just too much.

We searched the West Coast of Scotland and nearby Argyll and Dumfries and Galloway for a better fit for us and found Dumfries to be exactly right for us. We’ve now lived here for over 2 months and my happiness is returning more and more. I have started drawing and writing again and John has a huge double garage to store all his tools and work in comfortably.
